NGC 4216 is the nice spiral galaxy in the middle of the photo, with two other nice but fainter spirals, NGC 4206 on its left and NGC 4222 on its right. All three are part of the great Virgo cluster of galaxies.

Messier 84 is an elliptical galaxy in Virgo and part of the massive Virgo galaxy cluster. In this photo, Messier 84 is on the lower right with the nice spiral galaxy NGC 4388 above it. As shown in the Astrometry.net data below, there are seven other galaxies in the photo.

The beautiful spiral galaxy on the right of this photo is Messier 100, while the edge-on galaxy in the middle is another spiral, NGC 4312. In addition, the little faint smudges directly above and slightly above right of Messier 100 are two other galaxies, NGC 4328 and NGC 4323 respectively.
